“In our studio, we are currently developing a multi-family housing project with a modular character.
The project’s modularity ensures streamlining the investment process and implementation. It also allows
to implement prefabrication technology, more and more popular on the European construction market.”

We will present projects which have been recently created in our office. A new trend which we would like to offer is modularity and psychology in architecture.
Aktualne trendy w architekturze wnętrz biurowych prezentują zwrot
w stronę naturalnych materiałów. Do łask powraca drewno, kamień i tkaniny.
Can modular architecture provide elegance and style? - definitely. The world market shows an increasing shift towards modular, prefabricated architecture. The current trends and technological possibilities provide a chance to create objects with an optimized construction layout, without compromising on quality and aesthetics. The combination of art and technology enables rapid implementation of modular prefabricated objects with interesting compositional divisions and a timeless design.
The interiors of luxury apartments and residences which we have designed feature elements of classic wall decorations (often reconstructed according to the conservator’s guidelines) with elements of contemporary furniture. The whole refers to the so-called New York style and offers cozy interiors with contemporary touches.
We also design minimalist interiors, in Scandinavian style, in which decorative details have been eliminated and the form clearly results in function. However, compositions created with the greatest attention to detail, regardless of the style chosen are always elegant.
